Each session may incorporate (but is not limited to): setting intentions, mindfulness, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, guided visualization, somatic & touch therapy, faith-based counselling, breathwork, Therapeutic Imagery & Dialogue, chakra & meridian work, customized crystals, anything else within my capacity.
